TradeRush No Longer Accepting US Traders

TradeRushTradeOpus has learned that TradeRush is no longer accepting US customer as per CFTC and SEC regulations.  No official statement has been forthcoming from TradeRush, but affiliates have been informed to stop sending traffic from the US and in the near future the site will be blocked from US IP addresses.

TradeRush is the latest of the top Binary Options brokers to stop soliciting American customers. Banc de Binary was the first major broker to cease operations in the US after receiving a warning from the CFTC back in June of 2013. Brokers such as 24option, AnyOption and StockPair are some of the other large brokers to block US customers.

Aside from the warnings from US regulatory bodies, many brokers are abiding by conditions placed upon them by foreign regulators such as CySEC that precondition a CIF license on the cessation of US solicitation. It has yet to be confirmed that TradeRush has applied for a CySEC license, but if the pattern of previous examples holds true we would expect such an announcement in the coming weeks.

As the list of US brokers dwindles there are still several reputable brokers that accept US traders. Visit our broker page for a list of the best US Brokers.
